Michael D’Avella

Michael A. D’Avella is the Founder/Principal of D’Avella Financial Solutions in West Chester, Pa. Michael has achieved enduring success for 41 years as an independent Insurance and Securities advisor specializing in Retirement Income Planning. He is a licensed Fiduciary, which means that he is legally required to pursue the best interests of his clients above his own. During the last 5 years he has expanded his practice to include and concentrate on the federal employee marketplace, where a strong emphasis is placed on Federal Benefits Reviews, as well as creating written retirement income plans for those employees getting ready to enter retirement.

Michael is a frequent lecturer at various estate and retirement planning seminars in the Greater Delaware Valley. His seminars have been widely attended by retirees from local companies that include Boeing, Dupont and Comcast. His expertise is in creating retirement income plans for families, as well as securing the growth and safe accumulation of their assets.

Michael is also now serving families in the Sarasota region of southwestern Florida. “We have always vacationed in this area and always wanted to live in a warm climate” said Michael, “so this was our opportunity.” A lifelong Pennsylvania resident, Michael still resides for most of the calendar year in West Chester, Pa., with his wife of 35 years, Mary Beth, and their two children Michael (26) and Andrew (23). Away from the office, Michael loves to golf, and he and Mary Beth enjoy catching Broadway musicals in New York whenever they can.
